MRT & LEAP Therapy

IS YOUR FOOD MAKING YOU SICK?

MRT & LEAP therapy may be the answer to your symptoms.

Do you suffer from chronic medical conditions without any relief? Are medications and treatments just masking your symptoms but not getting to the root cause? Do you want to find the underlying cause of your symptoms? Food and chemical sensitivities may be what’s causing your symptoms.

Do you feel this way? Do you know someone you does? If so, consider some important facts:

  • Sensitivities are different from allergies and most physicians are unaware they are different.
  • Medical research has shown food and chemical sensitivities can be involved in many painful symptoms and chronic health problems.
  • Medications don’t treat underlying causes of symptoms, they will only mask the symptoms.

LEAP (Lifestyle, Eating, and Performance) therapy has helped thousands of people with food and chemical sensitivities. Your symptoms can be improved with the elimination of specific food or chemical triggers. Work with me and you could have improved health through a dietary approach if your symptoms are related to sensitivities.

What is LEAP therapy?

It’s an effective protocol that combines the Mediator Release Test (MRT) and the expertise of a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT) to create a client specific anti-inflammatory eating plan. This plan is designed to lower inflammation to reduce and hopefully eliminate your symptoms.

What is MRT?

It’s a blood test that measures your immune reaction to 170 foods and chemicals. The results are used to identify a safe list of foods for you to eat without triggering inflammation and your symptoms improve because you are eating your best foods!

MRT is considered the most reliable and clinically useful food and chemical sensitivities test. The results forms the basis for the LEAP anti-inflammatory eating plan.

Who is the MRT + LEAP program for?

Research has shown food and chemical sensitivities can produce inflammatory chemicals leading to chronic inflammatory conditions such as:

  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
  • Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis (IBD)
  • Abdominal pain, bloating, gas
  • Chronic diarrhea
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Arthritis
  • Muscle and joint pain
  • Migraine and other headaches
  • Brain Fog
  • Sinus infections, post-nasal drip
  • Skin conditions (eczema, rashes)
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Weight fluctuations
  • Depression, irritability
  • And more…

How long does it take to feel improvement?

Most people experience some symptom relief in just 10 days and continue to improve over the next 4-6 weeks. Many experience complete symptom relief but each individual’s response varies. The immune system is unique like a fingerprint. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all anti-inflammatory eating plan because what may cause abdominal pain and bloating in one individual may not affect another.

What are you waiting for?

Let’s work together. Take the first step toward feeling better and contact Erin to book an MRT & LEAP Therapy package.
