Happy New Year!
Gosh it feels like forever – right? The holidays have come and gone. And now, a new year is upon us. So what better way to celebrate than with a new look for Erin Dishes Nutrition? What do you think? Have you noticed the changes?
Okay, full disclosure – I’m not exactly totally done with the new look. There’s still some “tweaking” to be had but I couldn’t wait any longer! So bear with me during the growing pains – some pages and/or posts may appear a little wonky at first but never fear I’m working on it!
With that being said, you made it through the holidays! How did you do? I hope you didn’t try anything crazy like trying to lose weight – I mean come on, that’s just a little unrealistic dontcha think? Instead I hope you strived to maintain while enjoying foods that you love. I hope you remembered to give yourself permission to enjoy food but be mindful about what you chose, how you felt and why you were eating.
Or maybe you’re making or have already made New Year resolutions. Well, that’s all fine and dandy if you’re ready for change. But what if you’re not? Then what? You’ll be one of the 80% who fail by February? Really? Are you okay with that? I wouldn’t be. Remember – you need to be prepared to change your mind – you need to be prepared to be uncomfortable. Remember – change is a process. Be patient.
So, I wish you luck for any changes you’re ready to take on. As 2017 moves forward, more changes for Erin Dishes Nutrition to come – what else can possibly change you ask? Hmmm – well, I guess you’ll just have to stay tuned and see!
