And not to mention, if you’re trying to follow a specific diet, it makes all this seem almost impossible! It requires a lot of planning ahead and sometimes it’s hard finding time to do that.
There are so many reasons to use a meal plan! Having a good meal plan, especially one that is tailored to you makes daily life so much easier. You’ll also want to decide if you want a pre-made meal plan OR a personalized meal plan – this means a meal plan just for you. If you would like a personalized meal plan, you’ll complete a questionnaire so Erin can learn more about you, your preferences, and your likes and dislikes.
Please note, that if you have taken the Mediator Release Test (MRT), you will be following the LEAP anti-inflammatory plan. This plan is not pre-made since the meal plan is based on your personal results. You will be required to provide a copy of your test results.

Once you have paid for your meal plan, you’ll be sent a link via email. This link will take you to your meal plan. Here you can download your plan along with recipes and a grocery list.
