Erin is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and food lover living in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship through Iowa State University. She also holds a certificate in Adult Weight Management and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Most recently, she has earned a certificate in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. Erin has worked in clinical nutrition in both inpatient and outpatient settings and has provided nutritional care for various disease states across the lifespan.
After working for in an acute care hospital and then a rehabilitation/long term care facility, Erin decided to pursue a subject that is very personal to her – digestive health, aka gut health. Having ulcerative colitis (UC) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) herself, she understands the challenges of living with digestive issues.
Erin uses medical nutrition therapy along with integrative and functional nutrition to understand the root causes of your digestive issues and develop a personalized plan that is easy to follow and fits your lifestyle.
