Take the stress out of meal planning with these elimination diet meal plans. Each plan provides one month of ideas as well as recipes and a grocery list.

Currently, the pre-made meal plans offered by Erin Dishes Nutrition include Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), Gluten-Free, and Low FODMAP. Additional elimination diets coming soon!

Please note, elimination diets are not to be followed long-term! Why? Because they are very restrictive and long-term avoidance of foods can lead to nutritional deficiencies. Follow an elimination diet for 4-8 weeks. You should experience improvement in symptoms and be ready to move forward to the reintroduction phase. During this phase, foods are reintroduced to determine which foods cause the return of your symptoms.

An elimination diet is not about losing weight. So it is important you make sure you are eating enough of the foods allowed on your elimination diet. The benefit of an elimination diet is to determine which foods cause symptoms. While the goal of an elimination diet is to discover foods tolerated and foods that cause problems. As this process happens you may find you are less bloated as the body releases inflammation. It is important to stay hydrated throughout all phases of an elimination diet.
