After working in an acute care hospital and then a rehabilitation/long term care facility, Erin decided to pursue a subject that is very personal to her – digestive health, aka gut health. Having ulcerative colitis (UC) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) herself, she understands the challenges of living with digestive issues.
Erin uses medical nutrition therapy along with integrative and functional nutrition to understand the root causes of your digestive issues and develop a personalized plan that is easy to follow and fits your lifestyle.
As a Certified LEAP therapist, Erin works with individuals with chronic inflammatory conditions to quickly reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. Using the Mediator Release Test (MRT), a patented laboratory test, to identify 170 foods and chemicals to discover what’s causing your symptoms so you no longer have to struggle with what to eat.
