The Dish

One Year Blogiversary!

Tomorrow’s a big day!

Well of course, it’s Memorial Day – a holiday to remember all those who died serving our country. But it also just happens to be my 1 YEAR BLOGIVERSARY!

Yup – May 30, 2015, my first post was written for Erin Dishes Nutrition. I can’t believe it’s been a year! And what a year it’s been. From farmers market to farmers market, losing a member of our family, new dietary guidelines to being on TV, moving halfway across the country, and falling in love with new foods – it’s been a crazy year.

So this week, I’m taking a little break. Every girl deserves a break now and again – and it’s Memorial Day Weekend – the unofficial the start of summer right? So I’m spending some time thinking about how this blog started, how its evolved and where its going. I mean – where is this going?

When I started this blog I’ll admit – I  was hesitant at first, wasn’t sure if anyone was going to read it. Or better yet, read it and enjoy it. There are so many blogs out there nowadays, why are you reading this one?

Really, I want to know what you think!  I want your feedback! Have you learned anything? Is there something you want me to talk about? Is there something you want to learn more about?

If you enjoy this blog, please help me get the word out and share with your friends and family!

Thank you to all of you who support this blog and here’s to another year!
