Shrimp Salad Dip with Baked Tortilla Chips

- 2 cups cooked shrimp, chopped
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 2 green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 endive heads, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 corn tortillas, each cut into fourths
- olive oil
- salt to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix all ingredients for dip together in a bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Place tortilla pieces on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over tortilla pieces and lightly sprinkle with salt.
- Place in oven and bake 10-15 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve chips with shrimp salad dip.
