Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons red onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 baby bell red peppers chopped
  • 2 baby bell orange/yellow peppers chopped
  • 1 jalapeno chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley chopped
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • juice of one lime
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cover and let chill in refrigerator for at least half and hour to allow flavors to blend.
