The anti-inflammatory plan is for individuals looking to reduce inflammation associated with many chronic diseases. This eating style can also help stabilize blood sugars, promote a healthy weight, and normalize hormones.
LEAP Meal Plan
The LEAP plan is for individuals who are following the LEAP protocol based on their MRT results. Together we will work as a team to create meals that include those foods to which you have the lowest reaction. These foods will be building blocks for your multi-phased eating plan.
Low FODMAP Meal Plan
The low FODMAP plan contains ingredients considered low in Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols. Avoiding high FODMAP foods may provide relief for those with certain digestive issues. A low FODMAP diet is not a long term diet. Please seek assistance from a registered dietitian.
28 Day Refresh Meal Plan
The 28 day refresh plan is a great way to jump start your health. It features recipes aimed at stabilizing blood sugars, maintaining healthy weight, normalizing hormones, promoting healthy digestion and reducing inflammation associated with many chronic diseases.
Flex Plan Meal Plan
The flexible plan is completely customizable with simple recipes to meet the needs of the whole family. This plan emphasizes the preparation of whole plant-based foods. Each week you’ll receive 3 days of suggested recipes with the ability to search hundreds more to add to your plan.
Sun Basket Meal Plan
I’ve partnered with Sun Basket to provide you with a sustainable and healthy eating solution. Each week you’ll receive three Sun Basket dinner recipes; simply follow the link on your dinner card for that day. Recipes are tasty and dietitian-approved. The meal kits feature fresh, pre-measured ingredients that include organic produce and nourishing whole foods. For the rest of the week, my meal planner and smart grocery list make it easy to create simple cook-at-home meals and snacks.
Epicured Meal Plan
I’ve partnered with Epicured to provide you with a low-FODMAP eating plan delivered right to your door! These dietitian-approved meals arrive freshly prepared, chilled, and ready-to-heat. This allows you to decide when to enjoy your food. You can heat it up as soon as it arrives or have it a few days later.
