Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Mix together Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar and buttermilk.
  2. Add in garlic powder and blue cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Let chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour. After it's chilled you may need to add a bit more buttermilk to thin out the mixture.
